You can walk in anytime! We are open everyday and even on some holidays. However, if you are looking to book a party or are coming in with a large group (over 6 guests) then please give us a call and we will discuss availability.

We have over 200 unique pieces that suit all ages and needs, such as mugs, plates, seasonal items and even popular characters. We even have canvases you can paint.

Absolutely not! We welcome everyone to join us here at Art Haven. If you have no prior experience we have many wonderful tools to help you get started as well as very helpful creative assistants.

We ensure that all underglaze and glaze paints are free of lead and acid. Additionally each piece painted with underglaze paint is glazed and fired which seals the product, making it food safe.We do offer an acrylic paint that is not glazed or fired and is not food safe. This paint is used for products that are not intended to be used for food or drinking purposes such as canvases.

Every piece is unique and since they are handpainted we recommend handwashing the pieces.

We welcome all requests for commissioned work. Just give us a call and we will give you a quote. All our artists are trained and exhibited.

Usually we are on a 7 day turn around time. At times, during popular holidays – Christmas, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day – it may be extended a bit, but most of the time you can expect to pick up your pieces 7 days after you paint.

Yes of course! The only thing you need to pick up a piece is a receipt and a description of the item. You can even send someone else to pick it up using a picture of the receipt.

The information we collect: We collect only information that you voluntarily provide us as part of the painting process and/or communication process. This information includes, your name, phone number and email address. How is this information used: We use the information that you provide us to process your order, to contact you if there are questions regarding your order and to notify you with information concerning your order status. We do not charge studio fees. Our prices vary depending on the item and our stock changes all the time. The price is on the bottom of each piece and it includes everything but the tax - paint, glazing and firing are all included, and you can paint for as long as you want. The price range is 14-70 which includes mugs, plates, bowls, lots of figurines, banks and many more items. The price just depends on what you pick, larger items or more detailed items are more expensive. Our canvases come in two sizes; small is $28 and the large one is $35.

We welcome anyone here at Arthaven. If you have a group larger than 6 please give us a call so that we make sure you have the space needed when you come in. We can host up to 50 guests.

SInce all our paints are non-toxic and tools quite safe, all ages are welcome. We have pieces for any age.

Well, you're in luck! We serve some of the best bubbe tea around and we even have a liquor license so that you can get some vino inspiration. We serve, bubble tea, smoothies, slushies, wine, beer, soft drinks and some hot drinks.

We offer a mobile studio service. All we need is a call from you and we will be able to give you a quote.
